Gentleman up front who initially helped me was super helpful and precessional while still being personable. I had a time crunch to get my tire fixed because I was only lunch break and only had an hour, I was done in 20 min.

I was very desperate in need of a tire. I called at 3:30ish on a Friday, not only did Joe fit my car in he worked with me on tire cost because he wanted me to be safe on the road. Now That's customer service!!! 5 star all the way

Great customer service, and great tire service. I visited the store in my search for tire replacement for all four tires. They educated me on the tires and the ones which suited my needs. They were not pushy just informative. I decided to go with them and when I went in to change my tires they suggested an alignment and then run the total cost. The service was fast. They came back saying I didn't need an alignment and that was taken off the total bill. I was impressed with their honesty and service. I would have had no idea they didn't perform an alignment. It's the simple things that get me and I am definitely going back.
